Description
Large plot of land located in the town of Lapeza in the province of Granada. It has an area of approximately 3,000 m². It is primarily planted with Malteño olive trees, with about 140 trees in full production yielding around 4,000 kg of olives annually. It also has some fruit trees such as pear, apple, plum, pomegranate, azarole, grapevines, and almond trees. As can be seen in the video, it has a continuous water supply from the irrigation community. There is a small tool shed for storing tools, made of concrete blocks with an asbestos cement roof. Given the size of the plot, a weekend cottage could be built, similar to those owned by neighbors, and even a swimming pool. Access is via a track suitable for cars. This track is maintained annually. There is also an area designated for a vegetable garden. The location is surrounded by nature, half an hour from Granada, 20 minutes from Granada, and next to the village of Lapeza and the Francisco Abellan reservoir. It comes with complete documentation.
