Description
Spectacular property located in the town of Lobres in the province of Granada. It is located approximately 6 km from the beaches of Salobreña and Motril, and has spectacular views of Salobreña Castle and the sea. The property is equipped to be completely self-sufficient. It has a year-round vegetable garden due to the local climate, allowing for the cultivation of avocados, mangoes, custard apples, bananas, and orange trees, among others. It covers an area of 10,000 m2, almost entirely fenced and registered. It has traditional rights to a natural spring with very pure drinking water. Specifically, it has registered 9 hours of land in 12-day increments, which add up to “a quarter of seven and a half lots.” It has a very high-quality wooden house with double walls and thermally insulated with rock wool. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, and a porch. The house has double-glazed windows and shutters, solid wood interior and exterior doors, and hardwood floors. The house is raised off the ground on pillars. It is equipped with a washing machine, a gas heater and stove, a coffee maker, a juicer, a blender, a microwave, and a ceiling fan in the living room. For drinking water, there is a 1,000-liter tank for domestic use. It also has eight 1,000-liter tanks with an electric pump to pump water to the upper plots. It also has a mains water supply contract, although it has never been used. It has a powerful solar photovoltaic and wind energy system, with a 3,000W inverter and a 500W Air 403 wind turbine. It has a very nice pool, a parking space, and plenty of garden space. Very close to the mountains for hiking, climbing, etc., and very close to the beach.
