Description
Townhouse in the town of Baza, in the province of Granada. The house has a surface area of 220 m². A very old and traditional semi-detached house, situated in a very quiet, central location, within walking distance of the Municipal Library, the weekly market, and Alameda Park. There is parking outside the house. There is no through traffic; only residents can enter. Entering through a traditional, heavy wooden door, we enter the entrance hall. From here, to the right, we can access a traditional kitchen with a laundry corner and access to a small patio. A few steps down is a spacious living room with a fireplace, and at the back of the room, a staircase leads to the upper level, which houses a large dining room and a double bedroom, a small lounge with a fireplace, another double bedroom, and the bathroom with a shower. There are two further floors, which are an open canvas to the imagination for various uses. The upper floor also has access to a second patio/roof terrace. The structure of the property is solid, with reinforced floors. Some windows are already double-glazed, while others are still single-pane.
The lower levels of the house have a cave-like atmosphere, with a constant temperature of 24°C year-round.
