Molvizar is located 12 km from Motril and 70 km from Granada city, very close to the Mediterranean coast, which is about 8 km away. It has approximately 3,400 inhabitants. It is very close to the beaches of Salobreña and the Costa Tropical. All kinds of services are available, including bars, a medical center, and shops.

The first floor provides access to three bedrooms and a full bathroom, all very sunny. Going up another floor, we find another storage room and access to the rooftop terrace, which is covered by a metal roof that keeps the house cool and dry, and offers great views of the town and mountains.
Two properties for the price of one. The houses have completed the declaration of heirs; the deeds would need to be renewed in the new buyer’s name. The house is not mortgageable. It has two electricity connections and two water connections, a single property tax (IBI), and a single cadastral reference. The paperwork would be transferred to the new buyer’s name at the time of purchase. Everything is in order and up to date.
