Description
The house in centrally located in Huéneja, walking distance from the townhall, the Nuestra Senora church, Spar shop, with views of the Sierra Nevada and the Sierra de Baza. The living space is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor we enter into the hall/ dinning room that has a bathroom with walk in shower, a small, under the stairs pantry, a sitting room and from there a small, but functional, separate kitchen. From the hall there is also access to the spacious garage/ workshop, that opens to the side street. Suitable for smaller car; the garage also has a service pit. From the hall the original, granit staircase takes us to the first floor. On the ground and first floor the windows are double glazed with traditional shutters, all floors are tiled. One the second floor the floor is poured concrete and the windows are single glazed. The property is well mainained for it’s age, in a ready to move into condition, however it could do with some modernising. Heating is by very old fashioned electric heaters in the bedrooms and there is a wall heater in the family bathroom too, however all light fittings are LED. The house comes furnished. Water and electricity are connected, naturally; internet is possible.
