Description
Galera is a Spanish municipality located in the southern part of the Huéscar region, in the province of Granada. Nearby are two important archaeological sites.
We came across this magnificent cave, a highly sought-after area, with a surface area of 120 square meters, of which 72 square meters are built. This location enjoys an ideal climate where a constant temperature is maintained year-round. This property receives sunlight throughout the day and faces southwest. Outside, we have a private fenced patio with a barbecue. There is a central entrance hall, and straight ahead are two single ensuite bedrooms (currently with bunk beds). This could also be a single bedroom with a dressing room. To the right, there is a small TV lounge that leads to the double bedroom. From this small lounge, up a few steps, you will find the laundry room that leads to the bathroom with a bathtub. Back in the entrance hall, to the left is a large kitchen-dining room with a fireplace and a pantry. The interior of the house needs painting and may require redecorating. Otherwise, it is ready to move in.
The town of Huéscar is a 15-minute drive away, offering more services and a 24-hour health center. The town of Baza is 40 minutes away, with large supermarkets and a regional hospital. Surrounded by several natural parks, there are excellent options for hiking and mountain biking. There are turquoise lakes 20-45 minutes away.
