Description

Traditional three-story town house in the center of Zújar, within walking distance of all amenities, tucked away in a cul-de-sac off the main road. There is parking outside the house.
Upon entering the front door, we are welcomed by a welcoming entrance hall. Adjacent to the hall is a large rustic storage room, stairs leading up to the upper floors, and to the right, on a raised level, we find a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and its own window. From the kitchen, we access the separate dining room, a cozy space with its own breakfast bar. Also from the kitchen, through the utility room, where the electric water heater is located, we have access to a modern bathroom with a shower and a warm, fully walled garden for enjoying the evenings. From the entrance hall, tiled stairs lead us to the upper floors. On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a small balcony with access to a French door, providing abundant natural light. Also on this floor is a spacious living room with a fireplace and access to the very large master bathroom, which has a full bathtub with shower. From the living room, another flight of stairs takes us to the second floor, where we reach a room currently used as a bedroom and with its own fireplace. From this room, we enter a room that needs finishing and is therefore open to your imagination—how you want to use it! From this room, you access the final bedroom in the property, with its own window.
This traditional village house boasts original features, such as exposed beams, split levels, and a quirky layout. While the main structure is solid and the property has new ceilings, it could benefit from some painting and customization. The house is tiled throughout (except in that room), including the stairs; it has double-glazed aluminum windows (most with mosquito nets), aluminum exterior doors, and wooden interior doors. The property is connected to mains electricity and city water with sewage, and also has fiber optic internet. The property comes partially furnished.
