Description
35,000 m² farm in Alcázar, near Órgiva and Rubite, in the Alpujarra of Granada, within the Sierra Nevada Park. It has two warehouses: one with two rooms and a fireplace, and another smaller one. It is very close to the town and has good access, as it is located next to the road. However, access to the town of Alcázar is a bit complicated due to the access road, which is a bit narrow.
The farm is planted with olive trees, almond trees and various fruit trees. It also has a small water reservoir. The farm has the right to fill its reservoir with water two and a half days every eleven days, the filling of the reservoir comes through a pipe.
It has an internal road that runs through the entire farm from top to bottom. The two buildings include a first one at the entrance to the farm, which is used as a tool shed, and another with two rooms, one of them with a fireplace. The buildings do not have electrical or plumbing installation.
The nearby village of Alcázar is a small hamlet with no more than eighty inhabitants. It has no bars, restaurants or shops and belongs to the district of Órgiva, which is half an hour away by car.
